You will join the industrial methods department responsible for designing, optimizing, and implementing production methods and processes to ensure efficient manufacturing and quality products. You will play a key role in the continuous improvement of production workshop performance, maximizing productivity, reducing waste, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Your missions:

  • Optimization of industrial processes:
    Analyze existing production processes and propose improvements to increase efficiency (productivity), reduce costs, and improve quality. Implement production management techniques such as lean manufacturing, 5S, standards...
  • Design of new processes:
    Conduct technical feasibility studies to introduce new equipment or technologies into production.
  • Continuous improvement and quality management:
    Implement continuous improvement processes (Kaizen, Six Sigma). Participate in quality audits, analyzing data and proposing corrective actions.
  • Performance analysis and KPI tracking:
    Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, cycle times, defect rates, waste rates, etc.
  • Interface with different services:
    Collaborate with production, maintenance, purchasing, and quality assurance teams to resolve operational problems. Participate in training staff on new methods and processes. Write technical documents and capitalize on best practices.

Your profile:

  • Engineering school (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering). Internship from 12 to 36 months in a demanding industrial environment.

What makes the difference:

  • Key competencies:
    Mastery of Office software. Knowledge of continuous improvement tools (lean, SMED, TPM, etc.). Project management skills. Interest in process industry.

Soft skills sought:

  • Ability to solve complex problems. Good communication and teamwork skills. Rigor, organization, and analytical skills. Recognized for your open-mindedness and curiosity.
