Account Manager
Job Description: As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for B2B sales of technology solutions across the Delta Mobile product portfolio. This is a high-impact role and excellent learning opportunity in an entrepreneurial environment for a driven sales professional.
Responsibilities:
- Learn about and be conversant with the company’s product portfolio and product differentiation.
- Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business for the company’s products and services.
- Make phone calls and in-person visits and presentations to current and prospective customers.
- Provide management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products and services.
- Help identify, research and qualify prospective customers.
- Help generate and implement sales and marketing strategies by working closely with sales, marketing and business development team members.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, English, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media or relevant area of study.
- Three to five years prior experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Job Description: As a Technical Program Manager at Delta Mobile Systems, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your technical expertise. You will plan project requirements with internal customers and guide projects through their entire life cycle, including managing project schedules and identifying risks.
Clear communication with all parties involved in the project is of utmost importance: discussing technical trade-offs with the engineering team during product development, explaining your team’s analysis and recommendations to the executive team, describing product features and benefits to the marketing team, interacting with vendors and interfacing with customers about product features and delivery schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams (Software, Hardware, RF, Mechanical, Test, Manufacturing), product teams and OEM partners in developing project schedules, milestones and risks analysis.
- Develop reports to track planning, scheduling, issues, risks and overall status.
- Communicate schedules, priorities and status to all levels in the company.
- Evaluate and improve processes and documentation for collaboration with partners.
- Monitor product and process quality.
Minimum Qualifications:
- B.S. or B.A. degree in a technical field.
- Five years of industry experience as a Technical Program Manager, Software Engineering Manager, Software Engineer, Hardware Engineer or similar role.
- Experience building relationships with peers across functions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Deep knowledge of wireless embedded product design, development, test and migration to mass production.
- Proven track record of leading programs and providing technical guidance to engineering team members.
- Experience working within and leading a global project team.
- Experience communicating with company executives.
Job Description: Work with a team in the design, development, and testing of autonomous and sensor data fusion products with embedded AI for all vertical markets such as automotive, transportation, industrial, and healthcare.
You will use schematic capture and board layout software and other design and simulation tools to design and improve products for rugged environments with varied electrical interfaces, wide temperature ranges, and vibration. You will help to identify appropriate components, materials, and processes to ensure the quality, reliability, performance, and manufacturability of products. Utilization of best practices for design, development, fabrication, and test procedures is of utmost importance for the delivery of high quality products.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a cross-functional engineering team in the design, development, and testing of autonomous and sensor data fusion products
- Use schematic capture and board layout software and other electrical design and modeling tools
- Analyze, interpret, and create technical drawings and documents for the design, fabrication and testing of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs)
- Participate in design reviews, conduct design validation and qualification tests, and perform system testing
- Troubleshoot and debug performance issues
- Communicate with product design and production team members about PCBA fabrication, assembly, and testing
Requirements:
- BS or BA degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Computer Engineering
