Senior Commissioning Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and managing complex projects in various industry sectors
• Providing reliable, timely, and efficient support to our Commissioning & Building Analytics (CBA) team
• Collaborating with team members, outside consultants, and contractors to lead cross‑functional teams on various projects
• Developing robust Commissioning Plans and Commissioning Specifications
• Leading comprehensive field‑based commissioning activities, including site visits, development and approval of test forms, and managing functional test scripts
• Performing thorough Commissioning Design Drawing & Specification Reviews, as well as Submittal reviews
• Chairing Commissioning Meetings for effective coordination and communication among stakeholders
• Developing, tracking, and effectively resolving issues using an Issues Log

• A recognized university technical degree or equivalent
• Engineering Degree is preferred
• Extensive experience using mechanical testing meters and equipment to analyze and report on test results, including portable data loggers, air flow meters, TAB reports, etc.
• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant mechanical or electrical engineering and/or field-testing experience
• Strong data management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office products.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and organize multiple project schedules concurrently.

Demonstrates expertise in managing complex projects across various sectors, with a strong focus on developing and executing Commissioning Plans and Specifications. Proficient in mechanical testing and data management, ensuring effective communication and coordination among stakeholders.
