- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 4–10+ years of relevant electrical/power electronics experience depending on education.
- Hands-on experience testing and debugging EV chargers, converters, or inverters.
- Strong knowledge of AC-DC and DC-DC power converters.
- Experience with high-voltage electrical systems.
- Experience with lab testing, instrumentation, and data acquisition.
- Knowledge of UL, IEC, or ISO standards.
- Experience with CAN/CANape is preferred.
