Sr. Environmental Compliance Manager

Clean Harbors Central Compliance is looking for a Sr. Environmental Compliance Manager to be located at Elgin, IL office. The Central Compliance Sr. Environmental Compliance Manager position is responsible for mitigating and managing contamination events for our branch network, as well as providing environmental regulatory support to field operations as needed.

What does it take to work for Clean Harbors?

• BS/BA preferred
• BS/BA in Chemistry or Environmental Science preferred
• 4+ Years of compliance experience
• Knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT - preferred) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) laws/regulations (required)
• Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills
• Minimal to no travel required for this Central Compliance position.
• Commensurate with prior experience and assignments as well as current domicile, office location may be flexible however preference is to be located at the company's corporate office in Norwell, MA or at facility location.
