Customer Service Rep
JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Sports book Manager, you will be the face of our retail operation. By providing a high level of customer service to both regulars and “novice bettors”, you will ensure everyone is made to feel welcome at our sports book(s). As an expert in our menu of sports betting options, you will help advise and answer customer questions to help them make an informed, responsible decision with their sports wagering.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Provide top tier level of customer service that encourages repeat visits.
- Ensure adherence to all rules and regulations set forth by the company and gaming control board.
- Become familiar with our betting options and engage customers in conversations about them.
- Resolve customer disputes or complaints and escalated to supervisor as needed.
- Be a positive team member and work collaboratively with other team members and leadership.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork/documentation is filled out in accordance with company policy and gaming control board standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 21 years old.
- Ability to obtain and retain a gaming license.
- Basic computer knowledge (email, MS Excel, internet).
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling experience in a work setting.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
- High level customer service experience.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule: nights, weekends, some holidays.
- Present yourself professionally.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to perform simple math.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, pull or push 25 lbs.
- Ability to write for extended periods.
- Ability to twist, bend or reach without significant limitations.
- Willingness to work in a smoke‑filled environment.
Salary Range: $15.00 per hour.
