This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe environment for Draft Kings at Casino Queen patrons and employees. The Porter performs janitorial duties including vacuuming, cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal. The Porter is assigned work according to the shift supervisor and completes duties assigned.

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patrons and staff.
• Vacuum, mop, sweep, dust, and remove trash as part of daily janitorial duties.
• Follow shift assignments and complete tasks as directed by the supervisor.

• Must be able to read and comprehend measurements, instructions and information in English, including price quotes, blueprints, electrical and HVAC diagrams.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, holidays and weekends.
• Verifiable maintenance work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in commercial building construction and maintenance and/or a 2-year degree in a related field is a plus.
• Specialization in Plumbing, HVAC, or Electrical is a plus.

• Negotiating stairs and ramps; standing for long periods.
• Walking long distances; kneeling and crouching as needed.
• Lifting, operating, and transporting facility equipment.
• Pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, lifting, stretching, and climbing as required.
• Lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Working in confined spaces and at heights.
• Other duties as assigned.

Starting Rate: $16.50 per hour.
