Senior Financial Analyst

Our client, a global manufacturing organization, is seeking a driven Senior Financial Analyst to join their high-performing corporate finance team. This is a high-visibility Senior Financial Analyst role offering strong exposure to leadership, significant growth potential, and the opportunity to impact strategic financial decisions across multiple business units.

The Senior Financial Analyst will support forecasting, performance analysis, KPI tracking, and financial reporting, while partnering closely with accounting and operational teams to drive business performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze forecasts, variances, and financial results to identify trends and opportunities

• Track and benchmark KPIs including ROA, working capital, inventory, and profitability metrics

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes

• Partner with business units on cost-saving initiatives and operational improvements

• Assist with financial reporting, balance sheet analysis, and internal management reporting

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5+ years of accounting and/or finance experience

• Manufacturing industry experience required

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting principles
