Strategic Manufacturing Controller – Italian Fluent

Our large Manufacturing client is looking for a Controller (Must be fluent in Italian).

Onsite in Hanover Park (West of O'Hare)

Responsibilities:

This person will work cross-functionally across commercial, operations, R&D, and procurement- driving financial performance, supporting decision-making and ensuring alignment with global HQ. Responsible for leading budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning, own monthly & quarterly performance reviews & KPI tracking, deliver actionable insights on revenue, margins, and cost drivers, partner with functional leaders to drive business decisions, prepare reporting for HQ, board, and other global stakeholders, improve reporting tools, dashboard, and data quality.

Lead the team in the US.

We need someone who:

o Can sit at the table with senior leadership

o Challenges the business and drives decisions

o Balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution

Requirements:

• 10+ years in Controlling / Managerial Finance in an Manufacturing environment
• This person will be expected to build infrastructure to optimize existing tools. So looking for someone with continuous improvement mindset/experience
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate in a matrixed global environment
• Hands on with strong financial modeling and performance management experience.
