Director of Financial Analysis

Well-known organization is looking to bring on it's first Sales Finance Director to evolve FP&A from a traditional reporting function into a forward‑looking, insight‑driven business partner.

This role partners closely with commercial and operational leadership to influence decision‑making, improve financial visibility, and elevate the overall impact of finance across the organization.

• Own the evolution of FP&A into a forward‑looking, value‑added function that informs strategic and operational decisions
• Act as a trusted financial advisor to commercial, operational, and executive stakeholders, translating performance into clear implications and actions
• Lead the development of compelling financial stories for senior leadership and board‑facing presentations
• Raise standards around planning, forecasting, and analysis to improve accuracy, visibility, and decision quality
• Coach, mentor, and guide a small team of FP&A professionals
• Continuously enhance models, processes, and analytical capabilities to support a growing, complex business

• Target base salary range: $185,000 – $210,000
