I’m currently working on a unique lender finance opportunity for a proven originator with deep relationships across the ABL, factoring, and specialty finance space.
This platform provides capital to lenders, including factoring companies, asset‑based lenders, and specialty finance platforms. Products include senior and junior credit facilities, participation programs, and growth capital solutions.
This is a true front‑end production role. The individual stepping into this seat will be responsible for sourcing opportunities, building and managing relationships, screening deals at a high level, and driving transactions through closing alongside internal partners.
What makes this role compelling is the structure behind it. Lean team. Low bureaucracy. Ability to move quickly and actually execute. This is not a shop where deals disappear into endless committee layers or where producers are buried in portfolio management.
Qualifications- 10+ years within ABL, factoring, or lender finance
- Strong referral and client network
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomously
Strong compensation structure with upside directly tied to production.
