Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Provide financial review for all size clients.
- Create financial review packages and procedures for all size clients.
- Work with and train Team Members in areas of financial analysis, reporting packages and deliverable skill sets.
- Participate and assist Producer and Consulting Team in client meetings with financial requirements of clients.
- Special projects as assigned.
- Handle presentation of financial data to clients with the Consulting Team.
- Provide written insights on financial deliverables.
- Interact with Consulting Teams regularly, both via Zoom/Teams and in person.
- Attend regular meetings with the Analytics Team, both via Zoom/Teams and in person.
- Proficiency in financial analysis.
- Familiar with benefit insurance coverage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat—or ability to learn this program.
- Ability to manage client needs and multiple tasks.
- Attention to accuracy and detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a pleasant disposition required at all times.
- Ability to work well with others in a fast‑paced environment.
- Team player.
3–5 years experience. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related area.
Compensation and BenefitsThe typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $95,000 to $110,000 per year. Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance. We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non‑exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs.
