Treasury Associate | Renewable Energy & Infrastructure | Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

An established and rapidly growing energy infrastructure platform is seeking a Treasury Associate to join its Financial Operations team in Chicago. This company is a leader in utility-scale renewable energy and battery storage development, with a large operational portfolio and significant pipeline of projects across the U.S. Backed by a major global infrastructure investor, the organization offers strong long-term growth, exposure to sophisticated financing structures, and direct visibility to senior leadership.

This is a hands-on treasury role ideal for someone who enjoys operating in a lean, high-impact environment. The position will work closely with finance leadership and banking partners across core treasury functions including cash management, liquidity forecasting, letters of credit, debt support, banking operations, and treasury reporting.

• Manage daily cash positioning and liquidity monitoring
• Maintain and enhance cash flow forecasting processes
• Coordinate letters of credit and bonding activities with banking partners
• Support revolving credit facility funding and repayment activities
• Manage banking relationships, account administration, and treasury operations
• Prepare treasury reporting and liquidity analysis for leadership
• Assist with process improvements, controls, and audit support

• 2–5 years of treasury, corporate finance, banking, or accounting experience
• Strong understanding of cash forecasting, liquidity management, LCs, and treasury operations
• Experience working directly with banks and financial institutions
• Strong Excel and financial systems skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
