About The Company

Our client is a well-established organization seeking a Retirement Analyst to support the administration, reporting, and analysis of employee retirement programs. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure retirement plans are administered accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable regulations.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and analytical professional with experience supporting retirement and pension programs. This individual will be responsible for retirement plan reporting, data analysis, vendor coordination, and ensuring the accuracy of retirement-related information within HR systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the day-to-day administration of retirement, pension, and 401(k) programs.
  • Analyze retirement plan data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve plan performance and efficiency.
  • Generate recurring and ad hoc reports using Workday and Microsoft Excel.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to ensure retirement transactions are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Respond to employee questions regarding retirement benefits, eligibility, and enrollment.
  • Perform audits of retirement-related data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Maintain accurate retirement records and assist with data validation and reconciliation efforts.
  • Monitor retirement processes and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting retirement, pension, or 401(k) administration.
  • At least 2 years of experience working directly with third-party retirement plan vendors.
  • Experience analyzing data and creating reports within HRIS platforms.
  • Strong proficiency with Workday and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees and cross-functional teams.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
