Manager, Finance Business Partnering

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Site Finance Business Partner, as the Manager, Finance Business Partnering you will partner with senior Site Leaders in the Bradley manufacturing site to provide accurate, timely, and meaningful financial analysis, insights, and direction necessary to support and drive business decisions and meet the financial performance, analysis, and reporting requirements of the CSL Behring Finance team. Your focus will be on continuously improving internal business processes, supporting sustainable profitable growth, and delivering insights on production planning, labor modelling, conversion costs, process orders, and provisions.

• Lead Finance Business Partnering in Bradley to support assigned Value Streams, contribute to the development of reporting dashboards, and analyse the financial impact of business decisions.
• Prepare insightful commentary on variances to forecast and budget for the site’s E2E leadership team, focusing on key performance drivers and risk mitigation.
• Lead the annual budget and quarterly forecast for the assigned Value Streams, provide cost center planning, and evaluate targeted process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate on cost accounting activities including standard cost calculations, manufacturing variance analysis, and provision analysis.
• Support improvement of financial systems, dashboards, processes, and procedures and liaise with other CSL Behring sites for global standardization.
• Review financial submissions for business cases or high‑value procurement contracts.
• Provide finance evaluation and costing data for capital investment projects, leveraging FP&A resources.
• Collaborate with business partners and Finance leaders to present information in ways that improve timeliness and decision‑making.
• Support the external audit process by providing required documentation or analyses.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field; MBA preferred.
• CPA or CMA is a differentiating factor.
• Minimum 7+ years of financial and accounting experience, including performance analysis to budget and forecast.
• Minimum 5 years of business partner support at a mid‑size manufacturing site or multiple small sites, with a preference for product costing experience.
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively, challenge, advise, and collaborate with senior leaders.
• Experience functioning within a global organization.
• Track record of providing site leadership with financial analysis, insightful commentary, and speaking the business partner language.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience engaging diverse stakeholders at varying levels within the organization.
• Discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism in collaboration.
