Director, Investment Finance

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities across the organization
• Oversee performance reporting and key business metrics to support decision‑making
• Ensure a strong internal control and audit environment through coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Manage financial operations, including close processes and vendor oversight
• Develop and deliver executive and board‑level reporting and presentations
• Contribute to enterprise reporting initiatives and strategic projects
• Lead, develop, and manage a high‑performing team

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 10 years related experience, including 5 years of managerial experience
• Ability to collaborate and clearly communicate across departments and functions
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and deliver under deadlines
• Advanced experience in Excel
