  • Support global organizations in optimizing employee retirement programs
  • Work on defined benefit and defined contribution retirement plans
  • Contribute to plan design, funding, investing, communication, governance, and employee management approaches
  • Work alongside experienced retirement consultants
  • Gain immediate exposure to real client assignments
  • Analyze data, draw conclusions, and present results
  • Build technical knowledge and retirement industry expertise
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, finance, public health, health management, or another major with significant quantitative coursework
  • Minimum overall GPA of 3.0
  • Successful completion of one or more actuarial exams highly preferred
  • Work experience demonstrating strong technical and/or client service skills; analyst-type internship preferred
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a close team environment
  • Graduation with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree between December 2027 and June 2028
  • Able to work legally in the United States indefinitely without visa sponsorship
  • Must be within a commutable distance of an office location:
    Chicago, St. Louis, Detroit, Minneapolis, Pittsburgh, or Philadelphia
