Regional Manager (Public Service Administrator, Opt. 1

The Department of Healthcare and Family Services seeks a Regional Manager to lead the Springfield Regional Office of the Division of Child Support Services. This position involves planning, directing, and evaluating regional operations while enforcing child support policies and procedures, and serving as liaison between the division, Circuit Clerks, Attorney General's staff, and State's Attorneys. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience and strong communication skills.

• Four years of college or equivalent knowledge and skill development
• Three years of progressively responsible administrative experience in a public or business organization
• Two years of professional supervisory experience including assigning work, providing guidance, and conducting performance evaluations
• Two years of professional experience in policy and procedure revisions related to child support and welfare reform
• Two years of professional experience establishing and monitoring quality control protocols
• Ability to pass national background check and access confidential federal tax information
