Criminal Justice Specialist - Grant Specialist; ARI & Public Safety Units

The Criminal Justice Information Authority seeks a Grant Specialist I to work in the Federal and State Grants Unit, monitoring grantee performance, budgets, and compliance with grant regulations through site visits and desk reviews. The role involves providing technical assistance with grant agreements and contracts, analyzing fiscal reports, and maintaining relationships with grantees to ensure effective program implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and time management skills with experience in grant programs or public funds administration.

• Four years of college with coursework in law, criminal justice, government, public administration, sociology, accounting, or political science
• One year of professional experience in planning, development, implementation, or assessment of programs in criminal justice, government, public administration, or accounting
• Ability to travel and valid current driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong organizational and time management skills
