Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team on a part‑time basis for the 2024‑2025 academic year. As an SLP in our school, you will work with a caseload of 20 students, providing assessment, diagnosis, and therapy services to support their communication and language needs.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough assessments to identify students' speech and language disorders.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address students' communication goals.
• Providing direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' overall academic success.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and treatment interventions.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as an SLP in Illinois.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech‑Language Pathology (CCC‑SLP) preferred.
• Experience working with school‑aged children preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
