RBT; Registered Behavior Technician

Majestic Care ABA is new to the area and looking to grow our team! We are looking for dynamic Registered Behavioral Technicians to join our team!

• Currentlyworkingtowardsa Bachelor’sdegreein
  
  Psychology,Special Educationorrelatedfield preferred but not necessary.
• Experienceworkingdirectlywithchildrenwithinabehavioralformatpreferredbutnotnecessary.
• Completion of
  40-hourRBTtrainingcourse.
• Valid Registered Behavior Technician Certificate encouraged . (We will train if any individual if not currently registered)
• Valid driver’slicenseandsafedrivingrecord.
• 18yearsofageorolder.
• Excellent interpersonal,organizational,andcommunicationskills
• Basiccomputerskillsdesiredwithwillingnesstoadvanceskilllevel.
• Acceptassignmentoflocationorclientasrequired.
• Abilitytolift
  50pounds.
• Treatclientswithrespectanddignity
• Appropriatelyengageclientduringthesession
• Actasarolemodel forclientsandcaregivers
• Be consistent,reliable,andprovideservicesonagreedscheduleddays.
  
  Incaseofcancellation,attemptto makeupthesessionandnotifyBCBAofany discrepancies.
• Maintainprofessionalandeffectivecommunicationwithfamily/caregivers.
• AtminimumwillbesupervisedbyaBCBAweeklyorinaccordanceto theclient’streatmentplanandmustbereadytoprovidefeedbacktotheBCBAonprogress
• Willmeetwithsupervisorweeklyorinaccordancewith theclient’streatmentplan todiscussprogress,program development,andanalyzingofdataofchild.
• Notesshouldbetakendailyin Rethinkduringthelast
  15minutesofthe session.
• Sessionnotesrequireparentsignaturesforin-home therapy sessions.
• Data collection and notes should be taken on devices given by Majestic Care ABA, and not personal devices.
• Keepaweeklyreinforcementchecklistandlet BCBA know if anything additional is needed.
• Maintaincleanandorganizedtoysandmaterials.
• Notresponsibleforotherchildreninthehousehold

• ChartingandcollectingABAandskilldataontheimprovementorlackthereofintheabilitiesofthechild.
• ImplementABAteachingtechniquesduringsession,suchas,differential reinforcement,shaping,chaining,task analysis,and prompting,fading,andproactivestrategies.
• Followprogrammingobjectivesandfollowstreatmentplan(BIPwhenapplicable)
