Regional Vice President of Revenue Cycle

Compensation: $150,000–$214,000 based on experience, plus health insurance options.

This position has in-office and travel requirements.

• Strategic leadership to develop and execute regional revenue cycle strategy, aligning with overall financial objectives and driving continuous improvement.
• Oversee daily operations for all revenue cycle functions such as patient access, HIM, coding, billing, and collections.
• Manage financial performance by monitoring KPIs like Days in A/R, denial rates, and net collection rates, and partner with finance teams on forecasting and budget management.
• Ensure compliance with regulations like HIPAA and CMS.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders and manage external relationships.

• Masters Degree Preferred
• Expertise in Epic and/or Meditech
• Expertise in Analytics and Reporting
