• Be the friendly first point of contact—greet patients, answer questions, and set the tone for a great visit
• Schedule appointments like a pro, ensuring our clinic stays busy and efficient
• Verify insurance, collect co-pays, and make sure all financial info is up to date
• Keep patient records accurate and organized
• Help patients navigate resources like financial assistance, referrals, and insurance options
• Work closely with clinic staff to keep everything running smoothly

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Customer service experience (if it’s in healthcare, that’s a plus!)
• Strong communication skills—you’ll be talking to patients, families, and providers all day
• Tech-savviness—comfortable using computers and scheduling software
• Bonus points if you know medical terminology and insurance basics!
