6AM City, LLC is seeking a Front Desk Medical Office Receptionist in Illinois. The position involves checking patients in and out, obtaining intake forms and insurance information, scheduling appointments, and communicating with patients. While prior medical office experience is preferred, training will be provided for motivated candidates.
