Solomon Page is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a travel job in Farmington, Illinois.

Our client is seeking an Occupational Therapist / OT to join their growing team. As an Occupational Therapist / OT you will create, communicate, and implement the patient’s individualized care plan, utilizing equipment and exercises to support the patient’s progress. Within this role, you will consistently update medical records and provide reports when necessary.

Pay package based on 12-hour shifts and 35 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
