Covenant Living and Covenant Care at Home is seeking a Home Health CNA to assist patients under supervision of a nurse or therapist. You will observe patients, document care, and promote safety and quality in home health settings.
Responsibilities include personal care, measuring vitals, meal support, and assisting with mobility and medications as needed. High school diploma and state-approved CNA program are required, with CPR/HHA if applicable and entry-level experience.
