6AM City, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to join the Rehabilitation Services team in Hinsdale, IL. The PTA will work under supervision to implement the plan of care and help patients improve mobility and independence.
Responsibilities include documenting progress, collaborating with the physical therapist and care team, and participating in team meetings. The role is 0.1 FTE with shifts as needed, Monday through Friday, in a hospital setting.
