Job Description
Evaluates and treats patients using the principles and practices of occupational therapy and in accordance with the patient's age, developmental level and diagnosis. Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team.
With this position you will have an opportunity to evaluate patient in a variety of settings:
Outpatient clinic, Acute care and extended Care Unit. This position requires comfort with a variety of diagnoses and numerous interventions.
This position is Full-time, 8am-4:30pm with rotating weekends/Holidays

- Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s Degree is preferred
- Candidates must be graduates from an approved School of Occupational Therapy
- Current Illinois license in Occupational Therapy or License Eligible for new graduates.
