Position SummaryWe are seeking a licensed massage therapist who is excited to build a strong clinical foundation, refine hands‑on skills, and grow into a confident practitioner.
You do not need years of experience.
You do need humility, work ethic, curiosity, and a genuine desire to learn.
What You’ll Do Client Care- Deliver therapeutic bodywork sessions under clinic protocols and mentorship guidance
- Build rapport and trust with clients through professional communication and presence
- Gather health history and client goals before sessions
- Learn to identify patterns of tension, dysfunction, movement limitations, and compensation
- Educate clients on basic self‑care and treatment recommendations
- Participate in onboarding, mentorship, and skills training
- Observe senior therapists and learn from live clinical cases
- Practice assessment, palpation, treatment planning, and documentation skills
- Receive regular feedback and coaching from clinical leadership
- Continue developing confidence in anatomy, biomechanics, and clinical reasoning
- Participate in team meetings, training, and case discussions
- Support a positive, humble, growth‑oriented team culture
- Communicate professionally with clients, teammates, and leadership
- Ask questions when uncertain rather than guessing or making assumptions
- Complete client notes accurately and on time
- Maintain clean, organized treatment rooms
- Follow scheduling, communication, and clinic systems
- Manage session timing professionally
- Current massage therapy license in Illinois (or eligible for licensure)
- Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program
- Basic understanding of anatomy, physiology and kinesiology
- Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and grow
