With a growing patient base and increased demand for their services, they are hiring a passionate Audiologist to join their dynamic team and make a meaningful difference in patients' lives.

Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive hearing evaluations, fitting and programming hearing aids, providing ongoing patient support, specializing in tinnitus management, and working with cochlear implants (CI) and bone-anchored hearing aids (BAHA).

Responsibilities
  • Providing a full range of audiological hearing evaluation and diagnostics to adult and pediatric patients.
  • Cochlear implant candidacy testing, counseling, mapping, and follow-up.
  • Performing comprehensive audiological evaluations, speech in noise tests, MCL and UCL tests, speech reception threshold, and word recognition tests.
  • Performing and interpreting Distortion Product Otoacoustic Emission Screenings (DPOAEs).
  • Interpreting and reporting test results to determine hearing loss, type, and degree, both in written and verbal form.
  • Counseling and recommending appropriate treatment plans for the patient.
  • Fitting and programming hearing aids based on diagnostic findings and patient needs.
Requirements
  • Master's degree and/or Doctorate in Audiology, licensed in Illinois (or ability to obtain licensure).
  • Ability to prioritize and handle a full schedule of patients.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
