** Monday-Friday 6:00am-8:00pm; every other Saturday 7:00am-2:00pm; hours vary
** Why This Role Matters*
* As a Phlebotomist Floater, you play a critical role in delivering accurate, timely diagnostic information while creating a positive patient experience. Your expertise ensures quality specimen collection, helping providers make informed healthcare decisions.
** What You'll Do*
* + Perform venipuncture and capillary collections for patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations
+ Prepare and process specimens for transport and laboratory testing following established procedures
+ Verify patient identity and ensure accurate labeling of specimens in the patient's presence
+ Maintain required records, documentation, and compliance with safety and quality standards
+ Travel to multiple sites, including patient service centers and in-office locations, based on business needs
+ Provide exceptional customer service while fostering trust and confidence with patients
** What We're Looking For*
* + A current, up-to-date resume
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience (including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections)
+ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
+ Excellent communication and customer service skills
+ Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record
+ Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and cover multiple locations with short notice
+ Ability to meet compliance requirements
