About the Opportunity

Join a therapist-owned, clinician-led multidisciplinary pediatric practice that has proudly served families throughout the northwest Chicago suburbs for more than 15 years. Unlike many organizations in today's ABA landscape, this practice is independently owned—not private equity backed—allowing leadership to focus on ethical clinical care, therapist support, and exceptional patient outcomes rather than productivity metrics.

The multidisciplinary team includes more than 100 professionals across:

  • Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Occupational Therapy (OT)
  • Physical Therapy (PT)
  • Mental Health Services
  • Feeding Therapy
  • Therapeutic Preschool
  • Transition Programs

Children thrive when clinicians work together, communicate openly, and place each child's unique needs at the center of every treatment decision.

This is more than another BCBA position.

You'll join a practice that believes outstanding clinicians deserve outstanding support.
