Make a real difference in the lives of high school students as a dedicated Occupational Therapist in a contract role starting September 1, 2026, and running through January 15, 2027. This onsite opportunity offers the chance to work full-time in a supportive school setting, collaborating with educators and other specialists to empower students to reach their full potential.

What you bring:

• Active Illinois Occupational Therapy license (required)
• Proven experience working within school settings at the high school level
• Ability to effectively assess, plan, and deliver therapy services to a diverse student population
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for interacting with students, educators, and families
• Commitment to onsite service (remote/teletherapy not available)

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering individualized and group OT services to high school students according to IEPs
• Conducting assessments and writing reports to support educational planning
• Participating in IEP meetings and providing recommendations to support student progress
• Tracking progress and maintaining thorough documentation of services
• Creating engaging therapeutic activities to foster student independence and participation
