About Us
We’re a veterinary compounding pharmacy dedicated to making medicine time easier for pets and their owners. We partner with veterinarians to design customized medications that are effective, palatable, and stress‑free (think chicken flavored treats instead of tablets).
About the Role
No evenings, weekends, or holiday shifts
, and none of the retail chaos. Perfect for experienced pharmacists looking for a slower pace, phased retirement, or a meaningful end‑of‑career change.
You’ll still use your expertise every day, but instead of quotas and KPIs, your focus will be:
- Talking to veterinarians and pet owners about customized medications that make medicine time easier
- Being the go‑to dosage solution expert
, improving prescriptions and helping pets actually take their medicine - Supporting non‑sterile compounding (training provided if needed)
- Delivering high‑touch, calm, quality‑focused service — chaos optional
- M–F, 9:00am–5:30pm — evenings, weekends, and holidays are yours
- Use your expertise in a meaningful, human‑focused way
- Work in a calm, supportive environment with like‑minded team members
- Licensed pharmacist in good standing
- Retail pharmacy experience preferred
- Loves animals and enjoys educating others
- Curious, friendly, and ready to step into a slower‑paced, people‑focused pharmacy role
