Association for Individual Development (AID) in Elgin, IL seeks an experienced Case Manager Mental Health Professional (Bilingual) to support HOPWA housing and related services. This full-time role includes documentation, coordination with landlords, and providing case management.
Schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. You will work with a team to ensure compliance with TCHIP/HOPWA, complete IM+CANS, and assist clients with daily living activities, budgeting, and housing paperwork.
