Come join our team at Riverview! There are now openings for day shift full time schedule Sunday-Thursday 8:30am to 4:30pm.
Responsibilities of the Activity Aide:
- The
Activity Aide
will be responsible for providing interactive and enjoyable activities for our residents - Assist in planning, developing, organizing programs and events
- Play games and make crafts with mobile residents
- Visit bed residents on a one-to-one basis
- Participate in resident assessment and discharge planning
- May assist with resident mail delivery
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Two (2) years of experience in Long-Term Care and Dementia
- Must have basic computer skills
- Positive, energetic and engaging demeanor
- High level of confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards
- Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding for older adult
