After-School Clinical Supervisor (Hybrid BCBA) - Elgin

The Clinical Supervisor (After-School BCBA) is a full-time, hybrid role ideal for clinicians who are passionate about delivering high-quality ABA services while mentoring and supporting Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). In this role, you will oversee a caseload of focused ABA clients receiving center-based after-school services and play a key role in ensuringtreatmentfidelity, caregiver collaboration, and positive clinical outcomes.
After-schooloperatinghours are Monday–Friday from 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m (Flexible!) and Saturdays (Optional) from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Flexible scheduling and opportunities to support day program clientsmayalso be available.
This is a hybrid position , with partial on-site availability required.
- Provide clinical oversight for a caseload of clients, ensuring individualized treatment plans align with ABA best practices
- Maintain a small caseload with 28 billable hours per week
- Monitor client progress and ensure treatment fidelity across services
- Conduct one-on-one caregiver training sessions to empower families and support skill generalization
- Facilitate group caregiver training to promote education, collaboration, and engagement
- Complete client intake assessments and develop comprehensive, goal-driven treatment plans
- Review and update treatment plans regularly based on assessment data and client progress
- Monitor RBT clinical performance and provide ongoing mentorship
- Conduct regular supervision and mentor meetings
- Deliver feedback, coaching, and training to enhance clinical skills and implementation quality

- Organized and adaptable clinicians who can manage multiple priorities, maintain clear documentation, and navigate a dynamic clinical setting.
- A motivator and mentor who enjoys developing others, giving feedback, and supporting team success.
- Must hold a master’s degree in ABA and have an active BCBA certification in good standing.
- Must hold an active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential in the State of Illinois.
Competitive Pay Based On Your Experience &
Education:
- Annual Starting Salary: $80,000 - $89,000 based on experience
- Eligibility to earn up to $11,400 in annual bonus potential
