The Medical Assistant provides direct patient care and clinical support under the supervision of a physician or Advanced Practice Provider. This role is an integral part of the clinical care team, responsible for preparing patients for visits, assisting with procedures, documenting clinical information, and ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast‑paced clinical environment.

The right person for this role will delight in providing a great experience to the patient, will have a curious mind that always looks for a way to improve, and be compassionate for patients experiencing chronic and/or acute pain. • Prepare exam rooms, equipment, and supplies needed prior to and during patient examinations.
• Greet and room patients, taking and documenting vital signs, medical histories, and chief complaints.
• Assist physicians and providers during examinations and clinical procedures.
• Administer medications and treatments as directed and within scope of practice.
• Instruct patients and families on treatment procedures and post‑visit care instructions.
• Respond to patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and compassion.
