The Role
What You'll Do Every Shift

• Be Present with Your Client — Companionship, conversation, and the small moments that make their day feel like theirs.
• Help with Daily Living — Bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, mobility — done with respect.
• Watch for What Matters — Changes in mood, appetite, or alertness. You're our eyes and ears.
• Keep the Home Safe — Fall prevention, light tidying, medication reminders within your scope.
• Document the Visit — Quick notes in Well Sky Mobile so the family always knows what happened.

Who We're Looking For
You're a Fit If You…

• Genuinely care about people — especially older adults
• Are reliable — clients count on you showing up
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Can pass a state and federal background check
• Have a smartphone for our clock-in / clock-out app
• Are open to learning — we'll train you for the rest

This position may require the ability to:

• Lift, push, pull, or carry up to 25 pounds.
• Bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and reach.
• Travel to and work within different client residences and care environments.
• Communicate effectively in person and by telephone.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English at an adult professional level.
• Work in environments where there may periodically be pets, pet hair, dust, cleaning products, or similar household conditions.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
