About the Role

We are hiring a Front Office Agent at Double Tree by Hilton McLean Tysons. The position involves anticipating guest needs, processing check‑ins and check‑outs, reservations, and providing exceptional service in line with

B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group standards.

Responsibilities
  • Anticipate and respond to guests in a friendly and positive manner. Provide the highest level of service during check‑ins and check‑outs, verify billing, create reservations, and process special requests.
  • Assist guests with knowledge of the hotel property, local attractions, and hours of operation of hotel outlets and services. Work as a team player to meet guest needs and support other departments when necessary. Follow the guest service recovery program.
  • Use proper selling techniques to maximize room revenues. Monitor room availability, follow restrictions, and adhere to booking policies and procedures. Upsell rooms and amenities and maintain cost controls while handling cash and financial transactions.
  • Plan, organize, and prioritize work duties to produce the required volume of work. Adhere to general work rules and department procedures and attend all required department and hotel meetings.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with company, brand, local, state, and federal regulations. Follow all procedures for guest and team member incidents and be knowledgeable of emergency procedures.
Required Skills and Experience
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 1 year of prior guest service experience, preferably in hospitality. Excellent verbal communication skills, attention to detail, customer‑focused mindset, and the ability to perform duties in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds occasionally.
