Position: Associate Recruiter – 3-Month Contract

Location and Compensation

  • Location:

    Chicago Corporate Office, On‑site, 5 days per week
  • Duration: 3‑month fixed term assignment
  • Salary Range: $65,000 – $80,000
Position Summary

The Associate Recruiter will be responsible for day‑to‑day recruitment activities and initiatives for an assigned business group, supporting a mixture of field and corporate positions. The role will utilize effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent across both non‑exempt and exempt roles.

Responsibilities
  • Full‑cycle talent recruitment, sourcing and recruitment activities for a mixture of field and corporate roles
  • Research and network with passive candidates to build a pipeline of key talent for immediate and future needs
  • Create and execute robust sourcing strategies that attract top talent
  • Schedule and coordinate interview logistics between candidates and interviewers
  • Ensure timely follow‑up with candidates to provide a positive candidate experience
  • Analyze recruitment trends and metrics, develop solutions and improvements when necessary
  • Partner with hiring managers and compensation team to present and negotiate candidate offers
  • Provide guidance to employees on general benefits and employment questions
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required;
    Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of full‑cycle recruiting experience supporting a variety of roles
  • Experience supporting both field and corporate recruiting preferred
  • Workday experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and process orientation
  • Strong execution and follow‑through; able to multitask
  • Must be able to keep confidential employee and team information discrete
