External Manager in Training

Recruiter – On Site (Bilingual Preferred)

Elgin, IL – Permanent, 1st shift (6:30 am – Monday‑Friday)

We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to lead our staffing efforts on site. This role blends recruiting, client liaison, and supervisory responsibilities in a light‑industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, interview, and hire qualified candidates for client assignments.
• Communicate daily with clients to assess staffing needs and provide status updates.
• Serve as the liaison between the client and our staffing organization, ensuring seamless coordination.
• Handle and process new hire applications, including onboarding documentation.
• Promote safety and compliance in the workplace.

Qualifications

• Prior recruiting experience in the light‑industrial sector.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Bilingual (English and another language) preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year.
• Full‑time Permanent position.
