About the Role

Grayson Search Partners is adding a Recruiter to the finance and accounting contract practice. The recruiter will be responsible for recruiting and managing candidate relationships in a high-volume environment.

• Putting together candidate sourcing strategies
• Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements
• Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews
• Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to clients
• Negotiating offers for candidates
• Maintain transparent candidate relationships throughout the entire process

• 2+ years of agency recruiting experience preferred
• Understanding of finance and accounting concepts is preferred but not required, and willingness to learn
• Experience with CRM/ATS software
• Good interpersonal and decision-making skills
• Experience developing and managing candidate pipelines
• Microsoft Office Suite

• Boolean Knowledge
• Positive attitude, ability to succeed in a high-functioning team
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance, Business, or Communications Studies
