ScheduleFull Time (40 hours per week) - Days. Located at the Human Resources Department on Freeman West Hospital campus in the David Ball, Medical Building.
What You’ll DoThe Human Resources Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring that the company complies with local, state, and federal regulations. This role involves processing, collecting, auditing, reviewing, and analyzing reports to maintain compliance standards. The specialist will create comprehensive reports and manage compliance-related activities.
RequirementsExcellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Products) including generating reports, manipulating and analyzing data (Excel).
Preferred Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in a healthcare setting is strongly preferred.
