HR Generalist​/ EMS Recruiter

JOB SUMMARY: The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting the full scope of human resources functions at A-TEC Ambulance, Inc., including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, maintaining employee records & benefits administration. This role ensures workforce readiness and regulatory compliance within a fast-paced EMS environment while promoting a positive and professional workplace culture for current and future employees.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) (preferred).

• Minimum 2-4 years of HR experience (required).
• Experience in healthcare, EMS, or public safety environment strongly (preferred).
• Experience with multi-site or shift-based workforce (preferred).

• Blend of Office based & Recruiting events with frequent interaction in operational/field.
• Exposure to moderate noise and fast-paced work conditions.
• Occasional travel between locations and recruitment events.
