Flower Hire is seeking an experienced HR Generalist with strong union and labor relations experience to support its national expansion. This hands-on role requires understanding CBAs, seniority, recalls, layoffs, investigations, and workplace issues in a unionized setting.
The ideal candidate will partner with leadership and union representatives, manage employee relations, investigations, and HR operations onsite five days a week, and help transition the workforce through organizational changes
