We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee operations across multiple high-performance computing (HPC) data centers. This role is responsible for ensuring reliability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement in a 24/7 environment. You will lead and mentor teams, drive process automation (including AI-driven workflows), and manage all aspects of data center operations—power, cooling, hardware lifecycle, monitoring, and incident response. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in data center operations (with 3+ years in leadership), deep technical expertise in HPC environments, and a strong track record of using AI tools to optimize operations.
Regular travel to data center sites is required.
- Lead and develop operations teams across multiple sites
- Define and enforce standards for data center reliability and efficiency
- Drive automation and AI adoption in daily operations
- Oversee hardware, network, and facility management
- Manage inventory, capacity planning, and vendor relationships
- 7+ years in data center operations; 3+ years in a leadership role
- Strong technical skills in HPC, servers, networking, and facility systems
- Proven experience with AI tools and automation
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Willingness to travel regularly
