Job Summary
Parts Town is seeking a BI and Data Insights Manager to lead and motivate a team of analysts within the Insights and Intelligence organization. This role focuses on delivering strategic analysis, business intelligence, data products, and architecture that provide actionable insights throughout the organization. The manager will guide transformation initiatives to improve business results, customer profitability, market penetration, and operational efficiencies.
Responsibilities- Serve as a thought leader and strategic advisor by providing data‑driven insights across business functions.
- Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions including data discovery, ingestion, transformation, and front‑end development.
- Mentor team members and support the roadmap and direction of the I&I team.
- Design and implement solutions to measure performance against strategic initiatives, identify emerging trends, and surface opportunities.
- Manage multiple high‑impact analytics projects, ensuring clear timelines and deadlines.
- Support the development of data products and infrastructure that enable Parts Town to harness data more effectively.
- Act as a liaison for technical resources, translating business needs into actionable requirements.
- Continuously enhance integration, analytics processes, training, education, team structure, skill sets, and reporting tools to drive a more strategic, proactive, and actionable insights‑oriented approach.
- B.S./B.A. in business, finance, statistics, computer science, information systems, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in an analytical role with strong communication skills.
- 5+ years of experience developing within business intelligence tools (Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Experience with large‑data management tools (Big Query, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.).
- Experience working with ERP data; SAP experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of data architecture best practices and experience transforming and maintaining data for analytical use cases.
- Expert proficiency in querying relational databases.
- Experience utilizing AI solutions while maintaining data privacy and integrity.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, solve ad‑hoc business problems, and adapt to change.
- Independent and resourceful, capable of solving complex analytical problems with little direction.
- Life‑long learner prepared to quickly adopt new tools and concepts.
- Track record of delivering results and coaching others to solve complex problems.
- Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority.

Annual salary range: $104 750 – $155 750.41. Compensation may also include profit‑sharing and annual bonuses.
