• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications, customizations, and extensions within Team Connect and related enterprise platforms.
• Build, support, and enhance integrations between Team Connect and external enterprise systems using RESTful APIs, messaging, and event-driven patterns.
• Develop and maintain backend services and microservices using Java and Spring / Spring Boot.
• Create and enhance frontend components using React JS
  , ensuring usability, performance, and alignment with UI/UX best practices.
• Write and optimize SQL Server queries and stored procedures to support functionality, reporting, and data integrity.
• Support event-driven integrations using Kafka, including producer/consumer implementations and message processing.

• Java & Integration Development — hands-on experience with Java-based application development, including Team Connect customization (required).
• Experience with frontend technologies and tools such as React and JavaScript.
• Strong experience building Spring / Spring Boot microservices.
• Proficiency in designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Understanding of system integrations, data flows, and enterprise architecture.

• Experience configuring SaaS platforms (workflows, rules, templates, security).
• Ability to troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues.
• Strong communication skills for supporting non-technical users.
• Experience collaborating with vendors and cross-functional teams.

• Strong experience supporting Team Connect (Mitratech) in a legal or corporate environment.
• Understanding of legal matter management, billing, outside counsel management, and accrual processes.

• 3+ years of relevant experience (Preferred)

• Programming: Java, Spring Boot, Spring, Python, JavaScript/Type Script, React, UI/UX principles
• Ability to lead technical discussions with architects, vendors, and senior stakeholders
• Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and leading technical initiatives

Compensation offered for this role is 85,000. annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
