Epic Business Intelligence Administrator

Job Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Epic Clarity and Caboodle Developer/Administrator to join our team of healthcare technology professionals. In this role, you’ll serve as both a technical expert and trusted advisor leading system enhancements, ensuring data integrity, and delivering high-quality analytics solutions that empower our clients to make data-driven decisions. • Lead and oversee a team delivering enhancements, support requests, and break-fixes within defined SLAs.
• Monitor and maintain Clarity/Caboodle systems for performance, stability, and data integrity.
• Implement and manage data quality, security, and compliance processes.
• Administer ETL workflows and manage custom table creation, extracts, and schema changes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, collaborating with stakeholders, IT teams, and end users.
• Plan and execute upgrades, patches, and system maintenance for Clarity/Caboodle/Slicer Dicer environments.
• Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Epic Clarity, Caboodle, Reporting Workbench, Radar, and Chronicles.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable insights.
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support.
• Lead daily scrums and status reporting with leadership and project teams.

  Active in Epic Clarity and Caboodle (required).
• 3+ years working with Epic Clarity/Caboodle (enhancements, break-fixes, and support).
• 5+ years of experience with documentation, change management, and technical operations.
• Proven success in performance optimization, data warehouse management, and ETL process oversight.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively in a consulting environment.

Travel is based on client needs and typically between 25–50% per engagement; however, it can be up to 75%.

The compensation for this role includes a salary range of $140,000 to $170,000 and may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus.
